Zhejiang Yinlun Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on April 8, 2014. Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. and Tiantai Chaoya Mould Technology Co., Ltd. are established on the basis of process equipment department and Tiantai Chaoya Mould Technology Co., Ltd. as a modern company integrating automation equipment, tooling checking tools, precision die design, production and service.
Our company is located in Yinji Industrial Park, Shifeng Street, Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province. At the end of 2016, the company was completely independent from the Silver Wheel, with 160 employees, including 60 R&D personnel. The company has four business departments: automation production department, mould production department, tooling production department and die casting mould production department. As a knowledge and technology intensive industry, design engineers are the core resources of our company. We have more than 50 mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, Internet of Things engineers, visual engineers, die engineers and so on. More than two-thirds of them have bachelor's degree or above. There are also many high-level talents such as returnees, master's degree from Zhejiang University, senior engineers from Foxconn.
Although the company has been established for a short time, it has also won a few honors, such as "Star of Small and Micro Enterprises at the Provincial Level in 2017", "Top 10 in the Growth of Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises at the Provincial Level", "Top 50 Enterprises in Tiantai County" and so on. Within less than two years of its establishment, we have declared more than 20 national patents, including 5 invention patents. It has won 17 provincial certifications for new industrial products, the first set of equipment manufacturing key areas in the province, and one high-tech key projects in Tiantai County. It has been successfully certified as a national high-tech enterprise.
